About Mitra Pasir Indonesia
Established in 2015, PT Mitra Pasir Indonesia is engaged in the trading of silica sand dredged by PT Mitra Bangka Resources. PT Mitra Pasir Indonesia has two stockpiles located in Marunda, North Jakarta, and Bojonegara, Banten, making it easily accessible for buyers from anywhere, especially Java.
Sand shipments are not limited to the islands of Java and Sumatra; instead, they serve sand shipments throughout Indonesia. With the issuance of PP No. 26 of 2023 concerning Marine Sediment Products, silica sand has become a priority product for trading outside the Indonesian islands.
To meet consumer needs, we facilitate purchases and payments using the Free On Board (FOB), Cost & Freight (CNF), and Free On Truck (FOT) systems.
Silica Sand
Silica sand is a type of mineral composed of crystalline silica, resulting from the erosion of rocks containing essential minerals.
Making Hebel (Light Brick)
Silica sand is used for lightweight bricks because it naturally contains silica (SiO2). The resulting lightweight bricks have strong pressure and fire resistance.
Reclamation
With the increasing need for more extensive land, both for property and land purposes, silica sand is utilized for various reclamation projects. The PIK reclamation project is an example of one currently in progress.
Beach Extension
PT MPI has experience in procuring sand for beach extension needs, such as in the construction of the 2018 Asian Games jetski venue.
Bunkers and Golf Course
The growing interest in golf has led to the development of numerous top-quality golf courses. Our Silica Sand guarantees the required quality for bunkers and golf courses.
Activity Location
To serve and meet the demand for sand, we strategically place sand supplies in Marunda – North Jakarta and Bojonegoro – Cilegon stockpiles.
Sales System
Free On Board (FOB)
The selling price includes goods until they are loaded onto the barge in Sadai, South Bangka.
Payment method
100% of the total invoice value.
- 25% upon receipt of PO (Purchase Order).
- 50% when the barge docks at Sadai Port, South Bangka.
- 25% upon submission of manifest documents.
Cost & Freight (CNF)
The selling price includes shipping costs to the destination pier (Bojonegara, Tanjung Priok, or Marunda), excluding loading and unloading, stockpile, trucking, and coordination costs.
Payment method
100% of the total invoice value.
- 25% upon receipt of PO (Purchase Order).
- 50% when the barge docks at the destination pier.
- 25% upon submission of manifest documents.
Free On Truck (FOT)
The selling price includes shipping costs to the destination pier (Bojonegara, Tanjung Priok, or Marunda), including loading and unloading costs (BBM), and is already on the truck.
Payment method
100% of the total invoice value.
- 25% upon receipt of PO (Purchase Order).
- 50% when the barge docks at the destination pier.
- 25% before loading and unloading to the truck.
